I can see the first three be interesting for people with very, very extreme power fantasies and the few times I have stumbled upon them in Japanese VNs (damn you Euphoria and your production values), they appear together. Vore is a mystery to me, but at least not a "nope, I'm out of here" fetish. Funny in non hentai settings though. Pissing, I guess, could also be included in power fantasy or masochistic scenarios, but it is quite filthy. Since so many mentioned scat (and, to a lesser extent, watersport/peeing) as a fetish, thought I weigh in as an enjoyer.

As others mentioned, for me it's about powerplay/humiliation/embarrassment. So I love scat/peeing in a context where someone is either forced to poop while seen, or covered in feces or has to eat them under either blackmail or any kind of forcing. There are some great scenes from Euphoria or other jp avns. Real Porn I do not enjoy this too much, although dirty ass-to-mouth is great, but there has to be just a hint.
