The only perv mom ones I can think of are isolated with mom and groom, which are both the same dev with basically the same characters and premise and both abandoned. Little man looks like perv shota, haven't played it. Kingdom of Passion and that dev's other games are good. The other ones I can think of are all teenage boy but if that's ok then Twisted Memories is pretty good. Also Free Cities Pregmod (base game author disappeared, Pregmod is the community continuation and has all kinds of content) lets you do whatever, you could start as a shota with your Mom as a reluctant slave or start as a woman, give birth to a son and incubate-age him then corrupt him.

I'd go for the pervy mommy w shota son scenario, I personally haven't seen that very often and it sounds more unique and intriguing. If you wanted to expand on that add a lol daughter to corrupt (which is also fairly rare) and you could add a second son to corrupt and have scenarios with different combinations of each. If you wanted to further expand on it, add in nephews and nieces and if you want to go even further add in some of the kids friends. Lots of possibilities. Damn, now I really want this...if I only knew how to write, code and/or make good art...
