Well in terms of a shota being the mc i can't think of many myself. If you're ok with a more cartoon style of graphics Daily Lives of My Countryside is a pretty good one and while i've never played it before Insexual Awakening seems to be a popular one. If you dont mind a koikatsu type game and are ok with avoidable futas and overly huge tits Twisted World world is an option (just be sure to take a look under old builds since they seem to be remaking it and giving it a new story. Has a gallery unlocker in extras to). Given that most of us are renpy players im assuming u looking for a more 3D look. What i can recommend for that is maou-sama.
