I guess not really something that you can say, but I've seen some interesting ways that people react to themselves sneezing. I know someone that blesses themselves "Bless me" after sneezing. And I heard of someone that taught themselves to say "Pika" before sneezing so they would go "Pika-chuuu" when they sneeze.

before I'd only say bless you but recently I found out you can say something like "pussy" right after someone sneezes and they'll reflexively say "thank you"
this usually only works once though
