There are three characters that have been mentioned that are 5'4", 18 years old, but have mental infantilism. The MC calls them his "little ones".

Unless someone comes up with a patch to turn them into 12 to 14 year olds like they look, and get rid of any reference to the mental infantilism, they look like lolis but are not smolls.

Yeah, TBF iOtero isn't very good at writing dialogue in general. There's far too much apologizing among characters, far too many "we really shouldn't" dialogues. The translations don't do him any favors, either: stilted, unnatural phrasing and cumbersome sentences are only made worse by confusing words like embarrassed and embarrassing and similar mistakes. He really needs a ghostwriter instead of trying to do it himself. (And no, this is not me volunteering.)

There's also the whole like-a-fetish-or-not thing too. Characters saying, "You're so hot and sexy when you're pissing" when some of us aren't even remotely into that. There's no option for some of this stuff, and the MC says stuff all the time like so-and-so is so sexy when they really aren't. I pretty much started playing games from iOtero for the stories, but it's a chore at times too (like you've said). While sometimes (but often not) there's something interesting in the story, the dialogue is so clunky, awkward, and verbose that it takes me a long time to get through a single release. I'm likely going to stop playing after the current games. The few interesting parts don't even remotely make up for the slog you have to wade through.

Two things, FYI. Firstly, I don't believe the dev is on LC, so he'll never see your suggestion. Secondly, iOtero is notorious for being a dev who doesn't listen to / take advice when offered. Honestly, I think you'll probably just need to deal with the renders as they are with each release.
