Yeah, this game is an April Fool's joke from Moonbox, the dev that makes Grandma's House.

Spoiler: Spoilers for the plot.

It's intentionally meant to initially look like an NTR game, but it's a massive bait and switch, the wife was turned into a literal farming hoe, the woman in the cover image is the maid "using" the wife as a hoe. It's a harem game.
