Basically, Moonbox is the dev of Grandma's House, which is a big incesty harem no-NTR-ever-ever type of game. So as an April Fools joke, he does a heel turn and puts out a stereotypical NTR game, with the extra joke being that all the seemingly NTR bits are just misdirects and the game ends up being typical Moonbox fare.
