No stepcest or adopted shit, but there's not been any actual sex scenes with the MC's mom or sisters yet.

It's actually pretty annoying because way back in chapter 9, MC found his dad at a stripclub and they had a conversation where dad was basically "Yeah, I haven't been attracted to your mom in a long time, and also I knew/suspected that she's attracted to you and you're attracted to her and your sisters; incest is apparently not uncommon in your mom's family. You have my blessing, go get 'em, tiger." And after that MC told his mom about the talk, they confessed their feelings, and... nothing since then except a little bit of nudity.
