So MC's family wasn't even blood related and the incest tag was fake? No wonder it wasn't popular and ended up abandoned (worse, he pissed off his would-be incest fan base by wasting their time). Prob also didn't help adding even optional NTR to incest (a combo almost as toxic as harem + NTR). You'd think devs after this would take note and not bother with stepgarbage, but I guess some lessons are never learned.
