Is this game netorare ot netorase? Not sure because there is also a swinging tag.

it's mainly netorase for the mc's girl, but there's some cheating going on as well(with the booba teacher). You also get occasional NTR scenes with futas cucking some rando's(it's mostly mom in first game and teacher in the 2nd game)
