I think that the people who force sex on real life pre-pubescent children being called "****philes" has made it a loaded term for those who like a fantasy of sex with pre-pubescent children (much like how rape fantasy is confused with wanting to rape a real person). This forum is predicated on the belief that what we talk about here is pure fantasy and anyone who thinks otherwise is in need of serious help.

It doesn't help that the masses tend to assign the term "****phile" to anyone who is has sex with and/or does not have sex with but is merely attracted to ANYONE under the arbitrary local "age of consent". Most people do not know or care about terms such as "hebephilia" or "ephebephilia" - they simply assume attraction to anyone under the age of consent means one is an evil pervert and incipient child rapist who deserves death or at least incarceration because they have ALL already offended or WILL offend given time and opportunity. After all, thinking is hard and assuming everyone in this very broad category is a monster makes things simpler.

Yeah game's on hold for now. It's mostly because I was getting stressed out from self set expectations and time became much more limited. I'm just out of creative juice for MorM ATM, hopefully it'll come back but for now I'll explore doing some other stuff like single renders and longer animations.

How about MC goes swimming at ex-girlfriends house with her little sister again, but this time the rest of the family has to leave so MC is left to babysit. They have sex in the pool, followed by every room, hallway and staircase in the house, shower too. When MC finally goes home to bed, she sneaks through his bedroom window for more. Could end it there if you want.

Yeah, its kinda arbitrary, there are more then enough actual ****philes who hold their distance to kids and never do anything wrong and studies show that there are a buuunch of people that are NOT ****philes that do things to kids... in many cases it is a powerthing, even if we could identify anyone with an attraction and lock em away we wouldn't get rid of the problem...

And you need not even start to ask them to differantiate between fantasy and real life, I for example love games like this and am 0% attracted to anyone under 20 in real life, still wouldn't tell anyone public about the games... xD

Making VNs like this it too unpredictable to do as a full time thing now. A full time job offers a reliable paycheck every month. I don't blame him one bit for putting a hobby on hold for the sake of reliable livelihood.

And there lies the problem. AVNs shouldn't just be hobbies, but day jobs if one decides to start taking money for it. Which can be the case if it doesn't suck (ie hasn't been turned into boring shit to keep Patreon happy, based on NTR that maybe 5% of the market likes, etc). Ketzal quit his job to work on SSP (good call, dunno what his day job was but he's probably a better Daz artist anyway and with 1200-1600 subs prob also makes more money). A few others did as well. Sure, it's not for everyone, but some are probably letting their talents go to waste to keep Walmart shoppers happy or whatever. Starting a "hobby" and getting people to fund your project to see it finished only for it not to be later just makes people less inclined to sub to future devs.

I think the issue is that a lot of people underestimate the amount of work that goes into making these games and for most games it takes a while until you get enough support for you to be able to do this full time.
Not saying that it was the case here but there are a lot people that think these games are easy money and when they try to do it they realize how wrong they were.
A good example of this is the game forseeable family, the dev just decided to abandon the game after just a couple of updates because he thought making AVS was an easy way of making money.

That also got abandonded? Well, as if there wasn't enough disappointment before. I kinda like it and the premise was unique/unusual and not just another college MC fucking coeds. But yeah I'm remided of that meme of JFK's Apollo program speech getting paraphrased/ incorrectly quoted "We do not choose to do these things because they are easy, but because we thought they would be easy."

He only did the script for the game, but he did a poll on his discord asking people if they wanted that game to be added to the blackheart universe and the majority voted yes. But it he will only work on it when he finishes the guardian and secret of whispering pines.

When a dev says he doesn't have the passion to work on it anymore, it pretty much the end. And look I get it, it's hard to work on a game like this while you also have a full time job. You want to do other stuff besides working all the time, but if he lost passion for the project so fast, I don't see him just one day picking it up again and go through the same thing that made him quit in the first place.

Why not? Hardcore fans have done it before when they've found/used the same models and assets (if the former dev doesn't just give those to them, which would be the right thing to do if they are abandoning it anyway, and "on hold" is just a euphemism for "getting abandoned next year" 90% of the time). That doesn't happen often but it has happened a few times over the past 5 years.

Bummer. Just finished this one and it had some great fucking potential. The audio was good (and I don't normally even play with the sound on), and the animations really made the scenes. But you can't fix a loss of passion. Best of luck Dev!

the second noticed error - rather, it can even be called a blunder. when you come to spend the night with your sister after a night club, then in the morning, after the MC woke up, the sister says the following: "I see. Sit down, made some breakfast for us" this is a funny blunder =))) or this is a Freudian slip...

you came to visit your sister, spent the night with her, and in the morning you (by the way, you are a guest, don’t forget) wake up and sister force you to make breakfast for yourself and for her ... hahaha
no, if MC and his sister had sex then - this can already be understood when, as a token of attention and gratitude to your beloved for a wonderful night, you get up before her and cook her breakfast (and even serve it to her in bed), even if you came to visit the woman you love.
or here we have a Freudian slip, haha =) that is, the author suddenly let it slip for himself that the MC and his sister already had "sweaty affairs" earlier (before starting plot of this VN) =)
