I seem to only have Loli but no Shota content.

You know, just like how it works in society.
Here is a step by step surefire way:

1. Take your Arguments why they should join you (Wooden Club)
2. Let you charms do the work (hit their heads often enough that they feint)
3. Help them up on their legs (pick them up)
4. Help them regenerate (throw them in a cage and feed them until the pink number rises from 0 to 100)
5. Once they are healthy again you can show them the hospital bill (Once they reach 100 it shows a "MAX", you can then take them again in your inventory and release them via rightclick)
6. Since they are indepted to you figuratively and literally they help you out. (You can command them an area where they can walk/wander and an correlating area where they are allowed to fight/defend)

/npc 15 spawns a neutral female, /Friend 15 spawns a friendly (tamed) female, and /Points 15 spawns a female corpse.

A short list of # types:​

15 = female
16 = Loli
19 = Old woman
42 = female mummy (mommy)
44 = Underground Woman/Zombie Woman
111 = Merchant
110 = Giant (can only kill her, not bound to giant event branches)
0/1 = Male/Female PC
2-9 = ‘Story’ NPC (NYI)
/atk # – Changes your attack bonus
/run # – Changes the run speed

/WP N – Teleports you to a predefined waypoint for events (known – base, mermaid, ogre)
/TP # – Teleports you to the center of the map cell (1 is lower left and 399 is upper right)

Try this I got from "trulysauce," a user from another site.

bepinex is for translating to english, just unzip the bepinex contents into the main game folder (the one with the exe).

Get the DLC file from the E-made+ website, and add that dlc_00 file into the directory shown to get the dlc content.

Thats just it when I click on save it just doesn't create a savegame but I can load savegames from a year ago. I did download all the patches not sure if any of those interfere with it.

That's strange, I downloaded the dlc and it didn't interfere with anything. Did you try reinstalling everything to see if it was installed incorrectly? Other than that I'm not super knowledgable, so they only thing I can think of is incorrect installation.

Tried running this under wine. Used winecfg to roll back the windows version to Vista to dodge the unity opengl errors, but made the mistake of using an older box.

This thing swallows memory. It sucked down 5-6G just on the menu (presumably preloading all of the game assets?), and then starts slurping down more gigs when I hit play.

Either it's not optimized for memory at all, or there's a shitload of assets baked into the 1G asset file this thing comes with. Or both.

edit:

once you're in the menu, click into the options and select both english and also low graphics. managed to pull down the memory usage to a point that it didn't fry the potato I was running it on

Man, if they run off with your girl, they're already raping her when you show up to fight their impossible level boss guy, unless I just got there too late. Ran to and slaughtered the wrong village following the direction of the raider that vanished on my screen before realizing it tags the location with a big skull on the map. Be nice if they had her tied up till the timer ran down so you could try to save her without her getting filled with enemy dong.

A long line of spikes is one of the strongest weapons I've found in the game so far. When raiders show up (save my not paying attention to their target this last time as I was trying out squads and she happened to be in mine), you can just run up and down the spike line and they'll chase until they die.
