Decentralized FOSS platforms are the way to go. I've used Aether and LBRY to get my stuff out. I'm going to look into some other options, because that means my games might get removed from here as well.

Did you know the country canada right now is on stage 3 of passing a online id like china were any site they say is adult or need censorship you must use there id to access and yes you will be monitored so if someone from canada was on this site it would be a federal crime unless you had permission.
The law order shows under the dick umbrella like one chicago i tend to watch them well they all got budget cuts actors left or reduced pay and huge censorship a fist fight needs a raiting warning like your watching hardcore porn like fuck me why. The old shows would be gun fire or you see a murder yes its fake but its part of the presentation/story now the new seasons is like a high school play at best.

One video were the tomb raider 1-3 remake that just came out changed art from the 90's because today its deemed adult content. The other video of many is finial fantasy 7 remake that ps4 game a female character clothing was changed because you can see some boob pixel to many hardons/masturbation had to remove it they also altered voice.

As it stands in the US, the law of whether something is child pornography hinges on if it is indistinguishable from an actual child. If an image is photo realistic, it would be illegal. While the law predates AI, it was written to stop photoshop fakes, but it covers images that look real but are not.

What other games are missing? Because as far as I know, there were two or three tk games removed for specifically that reason, this one for the above-mentioned reason, and any other games that are gone were voluntary removals by the devs (or archive/hide requests by the devs).

That's currently the most photorealistic you can get, and is still "off" if you stare at the details of it long enough. It will get better over time and alot of it (takes millions and sometimes billions of good examples to equal a human and it's what Google uses their captcha solutions for, to train the AI that runs their open-road driverless car experiments since most of the images are for recognizing things like traffic lights, fire hydrants, bicycles, busses, etc) with the best hand-picked ones being refed into the AI to train it. Little Witches Academy didn't even do that, it looked like they did similar but instead of Daz renders it fed the AI hand-drawn Hentai, exaggerated eyes and everything (for those not into hand-drawn style that's like feeding the AI fresh turds, it just comes out as polished turds). That's not at all even close to photorealistic, so dunno what the fuck is wrong with that idiot admin running the host that said it was. He must live in Australia or something. Ok i have to be brutally honest about this AI art of lolis is a dangerous subject the reality is that there is proven laws against it specifically for AI children the reason is that AI can use real children pictures to create this pictures so legally unless you can prove the AI you used doesn't have any real child as a based form (and i can tell you proving that is so hard and it takes a lot of work because you need to check each prompt the ai is using to generate the pictures and where they got their samples) you have to banned it or you will get in problem with the law
to be clear 3d loli is not the problem that in the court of law can still be defended under the first amendment and to this day it still is okay or in a grey area BUT AI loli art can't be defended or is incredibly hard and there is real court cases that have shown this. since AI has been found to use real children pictures to generate said AI Art (This is the MAIN reason places like pixiv have been banning all realistic 3d is because otherwise they would have to check every single post to confirm they are not AI or worse check every AI work to make sure no real children is being used and to them is less expensive to just banned all realistic 3d)

Which would very likely be thrown out on appeal, state laws don't mean much of shit when the feds review the case. It's mostly unenforceable anyway as much as real C P laws mostly are due to privacy laws, VPN's, etc. since for everyone they catch 10 million probably will get away with it. Hell Texas can't even retain the right to police their own borders with Mexico without DC's monkeys on their backs (SCOTUS gave them the go-ahead then the feds sued again and got an injunction again using a different legal argument). They really should just secede like they are always saying they are going to but never do, the federal highway dollars and other bribes just isn't worth it. Hell even the UK has more balls than them, they said they were leaving the EU and actually did so.

Fuck the law, just move to the darknet with self-hosting and call it a day, start requiring a tor browser to connect to LC if need be (which A.TF already partly does, tor is the only way to get around some countries' bans of that site). If various admins can run 100k+ sites hosting straight up C P for decades with impunity I don't see why anyone else can't with just AI renders. Like I said before I cannot wait for Web3 to go mainstream and distributed hosting and blockchain tech along with crypto payments to be the new normal, then in effect the darknet won't need to be so dark and sites can pretty much do whatever the fuck they want with whatever law there is being mostly unenforceable. You can't catch or even sue admins if you can't find or even indentify them, and if most everyone ignores the law then the gov't will probably just give up sooner or later like they mostly have with copyright laws after people switched to mostly torrenting with a VPN (no one is going to try to find and jail 100M downloaders of a DVD, Bluray, or stream rip, even though almost all of them still have that now-mostly-pointless FBI copyright infringement warning at the start of every one, afaik no one has ever gotten 5 years for that outside big fish like Kim Dotcom, that made like $40M a year from it).
