Booru isn’t part of lc and it’s something I was thinking of adding long before this.

It's mainly for the convenience of creators of images, drawings, animations, etc. as well as for the convenience of the users who consume that content. It doesn't necessarily mean we'll be making a radical change to the forum's direction.

I’m not entirely sure what "photorealistic AI images" actually entail. The first thing that springs to mind are those AI girlfriends advertised at the top of another adult gaming forum, something that piqued my curiosity last week (even though I had uBlock Origin installed, I still ended up having to apply a custom filter to deal with them). They sell “Being able to chat for more than four or five messages” using these photorealistic images and loops, both in live chat and standard chat. I don't know if they're actually worth the money just because they look so perfect; personally, I don't think so, but it's obvious enough that plenty of people will fall for it once curiosity gets the better of them.

What really got me thinking, though, is that when AI companies develop this technology, they have to work with real people, just like video game companies such as Capcom in the nineties or Midway did when creating the Resident Evil cinematics or the Mortal Kombat characters. If anyone could clarify what the “photorealistic AI images” mentioned in the thread title actually look like by providing some examples, it would be much appreciated
