I think it's only considered a fetish if it deviates from the norm, and appreciating bikini/underwear is generally considered the norm. I know there are porn sites that have those as categories though so who am I to say?

If anything turns you on, anything can be considered a fetish. Boxing in what that fetish is exactly might be hard, take some of the examples from this thread - Mayonaise, is it the mayo itself, is it the interaction or is it a submission subgenre, ie. you're degrading someone by smearing mayo on them (idk, example only). Its also why animated/drawn porn is often better than real porn.

I remember this one pornflick, I think its on xvids still, where a girl is stuck in a trashcan full of garbage, and she is crying her heart out - she is not enjoying this in the slightest, so it definitely falls within a subcategory of submission, with a nasty twist.
If your game/cartoon is about trash-loving guys and girls, and that just happen to compute, then no one is forced to do anything they don't want, and the creator can manipulate the scene however they'd like, in the example of the real porn trash scene, I doubt the actress could have expressed genuine lust/appreciation even if she wanted to.

So yes, a hat can be a fetish, anything can be a fetish and animated porn is superior to real porn in many ways.
