Actually... it's the other way around.
Rori is the correct writing for Loli.
Japanese have trouble differentiating the L and the R and this will often cause for many things to get the wrong letter.

Anyway it look like just another forum though.

It's a Forum for Loli Art and some few games, because, like A.T.F. they don't pirate games.

roriwalrus had a crash last xmas & a bunch of content is missing, if you can get past that its a good site.

From what I understand it's still up. It's just having a dns issue which they're working on. You can still access the site if you know their ip address...which I don't know. I'm sure you can find it if you look around a bit.

You can do a host file 'hack' to get around. The site is up, but the dns lookup isn't working.
