The thing that makes porn game far superior to other types of porn is immersion and dark content.

Immersion: Playing from you main character point of view.
Feeling like your the one doing the corrupting.

Dark content:
Sure there is horrible stuff out there but that is just boring torture porn.
Games allow you the joy of twisting a familie over the course of weeks into whore's using nothing but words.
I enjoy the conquest of turning woman into sluts.
I dont enjoy seeing others do it.

I find it funny how people have so different tastes. I also likes porn games better than other medias, but I don't care for either things you mentioned. Hahaha

It's not the censorship that is decent, is the game that has it that is.
To me it doesn't make a lot of sense to skip a whole game just because of one flaw, but to each their own, I guess.

That's so much of a flaw as to make it not worth playing. Like if a radio didn't have sound.

Of course not. Some games could be an black screen with text and still worth playing. If you can't stand playing great games with censorship, that's understandable, but that doesn't make them bad games.

Censoring a porn game is like putting makeup on a pig. You can paint it up all you like but guess what? Its still a pig! My take? If you have to censor it, go make kiddie games and not porn games.

It is a necessary evil with Japanese VNs that have not been localized yet. Given that most Japanese games are very kinky, have voice acting and are not subject to the long, slow and risky development process of western games, I find the censorship an acceptable tradeoff. Besides, if a Japanese game is really successful, it will get localized (and thus uncensored) sooner or later.
