There is A LOT of stuff I don't get, or just can't handle. But, there isn't any fetish I'd remove. People can like whatever they want imo. Anyone who tells me what I can or can't like can fuck right off.

BUT, if I have to answer, I'd have to be a fetish that I'm "supposed" to like or just accept as being everywhere. Something like lesbian, or femdom for example are big ones. While I don't want to "remove" them completely, I would like to remove them from a large amount of games that do have them. Or at the very least remove the whole "hehe, me male. I'm with many of the posters who would remove scat, however, also agree with the avoidable option rather than removal. Wouldn't be opposed to a placefiller slide for this content where it is necessary for the "plot" but where you want to avoid it as a player. Not sure this would be a popular option but I would be fine with that, especially to make sure it doesn't break the game/story path by doing so

I agree with scat, although for me it's fine to just be able to disable certain kinks in the setting and not encounter them in the game.
For me personally I'd remove sissification or transformation. I don't mind people having those kinks at all, just some games that are otherwise appealing to me build on top of these kinks heavily, so if they would just be regular female I could enjoy them too. New Life is nice since it gives the option to choose a female start.
