Thought of another one; "Leon: The Professional", there's a game, and you could do it in a way to show the scenes we don't see in the movie, you wouldn't need to go into great detail building the characters because the film already does that for you, you'd just need to expand their relationship beyond what's in the movie.
Actually I have two story in my head that I think can make great games.
The thing is. I don't want to commit to creating a game.
I've done that in the past (2018-2019). I ended up giving up before even releasing the 1st update.
It's not a skill or a language issue.
If I start working on a game. I need to make sure that I can complete it and, for at least a year I'll have to dedicate most of my private time to working on it. And most importantly that no outside event can render me unable (or unwilling) to work on the game.
That is impossible (for me at least).
But here is one idea.
A medieval fantasy world where at the "coming of age" everyone is given by the goddess statue what the rest of their life will be. The MC at his "coming of age" has the Goddess told him "Live ... Run !" ... then shatters into dust.
After that event, the entire village turns against the MC and tries to kill him (even his family).
After escaping the village the MC will meet a woman. that will be his sister that had previously left the village)
She got tasked by the goddess to "be the first of his five wives, and to accompany the MC in his journey".
Along the story the MC will meet several women. All tasked by the goddess.
- "Be one his five wives and defend him at all cost"
- "Be one his five wives and make him a king"
- "Be one his five wives and give him an heir"
- "Be one his five wives and rule at his side"
- "Be one his five wives and kill the traiterous wife"
Feel free to steal this story idea if it inspired you.

I'd probably make some 'Lord of the Flies' shit with a family and some friends getting stuck on an island after a ferry or something capsizes in a freak storm, and it takes place over a few generations/time skips with survival, base building, family planning and eventually society building. Lots of forced inbreeding even if you try to avoid it during the first two or three time skips. 
Throw in some elements of increasing cultism as the people try to rationalize their survival strategies and increasingly depraved tastes for games and hobbies now that they live in a largely technology devolved pseudo-country surrounded by people they are directly or distantly related to. Add a 'depravity' skill tree to show how far you've managed to corrupt the sensibilities of the survivor' collective culture. Farm fruits and plants to produce alcohol and drugs to increase the rate at which the survivors become corrupted, and to encourage deviant behavior. 'Normalize' certain taboo subjects and propagate horny behaviors through arts, rituals and new traditions. Add a family tree to track how each survivor is related to each other throughout the game. Allow the player to select for certain genetic traits by inbreeding, or get rid of traits by cross breeding.
Headpats and Handholding? Yes. Orgies? Yes. Free use sex? Yes! Impregnation? Yes!! Incest? Yes!! Loli and shota? Yes!!!
Throw in some surviving animals too for extra spice - hunting dogs and work horses. Bestiality? Hell. YES!!

I was just looking at that new game "Cheerleaders" and had a lightbulb moment. I know I've seen games with elements of HS (or JrHS) sports around, but I can't remember seeing one where the MC being the coach is the main story.
How about a corruption game where a JrHS gymnastics coach starts having thoughts about the girls around him. You could include his family in the game by making his daughter one of the girls in the class, maybe they get caught by other girls and brought into the fun, or the daughter starts helping in the corruption, including her mom and sister(s) at home. You could throw in a succubus, or magic ring, or secret corruption potion made by your mad scientist father, or something else entirely to spice things up or move the story along if you wanted too.

I think basically Sisterly Lust but updated; contemporary renders, full animations and be able to do full dark path with the middle sister without losing the ability to impregnate her. Part 2 would have MC in his late 30s, impregnating his granddaughters (with some macguffin that explains there's no genetic risk in this timeline).

i started making it in godot in like 2020, but had to abandon it because of my current job
here's the last update i did:
if anyone wants to adopt it, it's free to take, oc's named "Kuri" (that's chestnut in japanese - 栗 )
this, but across the 3 trilogies, with a kind of character that crosses time (and the power to keep women in all their freshness, so as not to end up with the old Leia of the latest films), a bit like a Four Elements Trainer.
But otherwise, my perfect game isn't feasible. It would be a 100% procedural sandbox game that creates itself as the game progresses, and bends to the player's will thanks to a questionnaire on various fetishes/contexts at the start of the game. And at any moment, you can ask the game via a command box (like the old point&click) to delete a character, add a character, give a particular fetishism to a character, create an elipse in time, and so on.
In short, this would be a game with a very advanced A.I.

A very young boy trapped in an inescapable situation with his very horny, very sexy, extremely predatory mother. It could be an isolated house, a deserted island, a prison cell, anything as long as there's no one else around to interfere. All so she can unapologetically rape him as much as possible. And, unlike how literally every story like this goes, he doesn't immediately want or consent to it. Nor will she be spending more time sucking dick than making him eat pussy. The sex never becomes vanilla or otherwise happy, as if it needed to be mutual in any way. And her pleasure would be paramount while his would be an after-thought. She'll know what she's doing is wrong, but won't care, because nobody will ever find out. Or maybe they will. There might be consequences and repercussions in the long run, who knows? All that matters is how much use can she get out of him now when he's the most vulnerable fuck puppet available.
I think we don't see that more because it's pretty niche, you're basically just raping "dead" people, you'd get no reaction from them while doing the deed (I guess it'd be possible to make them horny while you're playing with them for "reasons"). Sure, when starting time again there's the "satisfaction" of watching their reaction to what just happened, I just don't think there's a large audience for that.
