I wouldn't go for SSP because I'm not a fan of mommyfucking and wouldn't want that in my past. Wouldn't go for Parental Love because of the sad backstory (MC's older sister, who traded v-cards with him, died in an automobile accident or something and since he was an alcoholic and druggie he didn't get to see his kids grow up for most of their lives). Nor Ecchi Sensei because the MC is cheating like a bastard on his incredibly supportive, hot and horny wife who thinks the sun rises and sets in his pants, and would be destroyed by his infidelity.

OSIL would be my top pick. You get to be a genuinely heroic good guy in a world where many lolis like and want sex and aren't hurt by it as long as it is consensual, unlike the shitty world in which we all actually live. And you get to have a harem of these girls, plus a bunch of side girls, plus a super hot and horny girlfriend/wife who loves lolis as much as you do. Yeah, a lot of the games mentioned by others would be great, but OSIL definitely tops them all.
