Most of the damage was already done by then, but..,
1) Get therapy/counseling as soon as you can! You have a personality disorder that will not go away (on top of the ADHD that you've had all your life and will be diagnosed with in college) but getting help now can help you deal with it. In 30+ years all the opportunities and your own potential that you wasted due to that deadly combo of self-loathing, laziness and procrastination will mean that you are alone, poor and your life is shit. Being low-key suicidal 24/7 is not normal.
2) Start exercising and eating better/less. Seriously, 30 minutes a day won't kill you and you don't need another helping! Even though your real problems are mental, being a fatass doesn't help with any of it. Hell, even being a loser is better than being a fatass loser! And your knees will thank you!
3) Make a plan for college. A plan to
graduate with a
degree, dumbass. You will
not get to linger indefinitely, not on student aid. Don't drop out with nothing to show for it but a mountain of student debt like I did. To that effect, at least
consider going into STEM like you were going to before you decided the math was too hard. It just doesn't come easy but you
can actually do it if you put in some fucking effort.
4) Investments. I don't really remember what was small back then and big now, or at least got big and you could sell it off before it crashed. If I couldn't do any research beforehand, I would tell me to remember that this thing coming up called the "Internet" will be
huge, and to remember the following: Facebook, Google, Amazon, Bitcoin. Use whatever income you don't need for donating to good causes to try and offset the damage those companies do.
5) Talk to girls/women. They won't make the first move, generally speaking, because that's not the way our society is structured. Hopefully after a few years of counseling (see above) rejection will be manageable and not make you want to kill yourself more than usual. And of course if you're not a broke, fatass loser some might actually be interested.
