I don’t think there is anything I could say to myself that would actually result in me changing. That is because I am kind of arrogant and usually think I know what is best for myself. Despite that, I could probably trick myself into thinking the apocalypse is coming and if I don’t work out a ton and prepare, people I love will die. And that would probably actually lead to change in my life.
