I donated for Members+ and I'm wondering if there is a delay or something else I have to do for it. If someone could help it would be much appreciated.

i think you can get a support ticket going for that. that will usually get the issue solved the quickest. At this point it's just a matter of timezone before someone gets eyes on to fix your problem.

It makes me wonder is there a support team that handles those tickets ? Like do they have week meetings with a manager and targets to hit ? And what would be a troubleshooting steps "Sir have you tried fap off and on again ?"

Dunno how much you are joking.
Tickets go directly to the mods, it's basically an alert notification for them.
If it's something like this, it would just end in a message to Heisenberg, so he can do this.
Other stuff can just be "fixed" on the spot by the mods or admins they do it right away too. Otherwise they'll discuss it on their Discord-Server first.
