There's usually about 10-20 minutes at most for the counter to update, and it seems like it has a daily bonus counter in there somewhere. Don't expect to run through the requirements in a day. Expand it out over a week.

I think replying to threads also counts as posting. Not necessarily "creating posts"

Just comment on posts, there's a cooldown of about 2 minutes so no point spamming threads
