It is impossible to hide anything from the OS itself. IMHO the best bet is to use one of the OSs that come on a usb drive. Plug in and boot, discard changes when you are done.
Keep your porn stash on another usb drive and plug that in while running the OS on a stick.

You could put the content on the same usb stick and hide it in some subfolder. But it depends who you're hiding it from.

I just use Linux Ubuntu for my OS. Linux has many encryption options. I use gocrypt to hide files, and the OS doesn't spy on me like Windows does.

Compress with password, or Veracrypt and the like, or lock the computer login, or... lock the computer, physically.
