1-2 times on average per day I think. There's days when I dont log on at all.
Mostly if I got nothing better to do.
As this is far from the primary 'forum' I visit to find 'games'.
But I have always tried to log in to most sites at least once per day(and some games as well) - it's just a thing I've done forever

The only consistency is my inconsistency. Sometimes daily, sometimes I get distracted by other stuff. The main reason I visit is for new games or updates to game I'm playing, and since those don't happen every day, giving things a little time makes sense to me.
