Pretty much never choose the non-harem endings. I don't want to make any of the LIs sad usually so i go for the one that makes everyone happy.

Almost never. If there's a harem option i will always choose harem. But I think in the end we all will play all options anyway in order to unlock all endings and galleries

I will do Harem route if available to see all (or most) of the content with one playthrough. Also less hassle with having different saves for different love interests.
