Yes. The main LI is the one in my avatar. It'll be strongly focused on romance (although there will be other girls too) and some optional NTR (which you can disable it right at the start of the game).. Also, it won't be a sandbox.

You had me for a few seconds, then I saw the logo on the right hand corner....

It's really a pity that that game was abandoned. Although I also doubt that V19 could have done Our Fate real justice.
