i have some that are goodI don't really know any real horror porn games.
At least none that deserve the name.
Any recommendations?
1- Otherworldly Ruins ~Lascivious Darkness Sacrifice~ is good
2-Corrupt Descent is like lethal company and its sequel Corrupt Depths is just normal horror game

Yeah I don't see how people could play these for both the gameplay or the adult scenes haha. i feel like its impossible to get excited when your being scared or focused. THOUGH i will way the ones that have good gameplay but unlock scenes in seperate story areas or a galley are fine as you can choose what your in the mood for.

the only horror in porn games i remember is like that one super long school setting game where u live with ur niece, and eternum and i did NOT enjoy them

from my experience I'm all for them, though to be fair I've only played a couple in recent memory, Phasmohentaia, IN HEAT and The Spire. while jump scares and spooky ambiance don't really affect me any more, there's just something about eerie and scary character design that gets to me, maybe it's because to me the more dangerous something is, the sexier I find it to be, for example, Vicar Amelia from BloodBorne and Xenomorphs are really appealing to me.

If there's jumpscares I don't like playing them, but horror theme itself I don't mind playing through if the scenes are good.

Horror setting i like it, but if there's something that i do not expect in an adult game is a jumpscare, always gets me by surprise.
Have to say that my cat doesn't like them either, hates me more everytime he gets woken up by me getting jumpscared.

Sin Spire is one of my favorite games of the past year. An unexplored genre for me but if there's anything close to Sin Spire, I'm in.

Just saw this thread and wanted to say the same thing but you beat me to it. Sin Spire was just a fun game in general though it really lost its horror quickly once it was obvious it was a roguelike dungeon crawler.
