I like Stories like personal Assistant and a lot of Darker Stories that deal with corruption and Darker aspects. How Dark do you like your story and why?

I like them if they have a reason for being dark, so I don't want the world to take a dump on the MC for no reason other than life sucks.

I do like Depravity games in general. First one i played was Depraved awakening, even though its not that dark.

I'd like to say the same thing, but sometimes someone only pulls the short straw all the time... and there's something charming about a story where you start at the bottom of the barrel because "Fuck you" and little by little you climb up no matter what life throws at you.

I like BlackHeart games, so I guess I enjoy it pretty dark. I prefer the game to also have a not so dark path also.

I hate dark stories I mean just add lighting to your AVN games.
Why is the scenes so dark you can't even see the models getting fucked.

I've tried to be the bad guy several times, but I just can't, my chicken heart can't handle it, but I'm not into being the good guy either, sometimes I have the need for violence and cruelty... so I guess I'm sitting on the gray line in the middle.



If I play something where the fun is being evil I'll probably end up being as good and kind as possible.

If I play something where the fun is being heroic I'll probably end up being selfish, cruel and heartless.

I enjoy the darker themes when I'm able to justify them more easily. Like, "oh this character is a piece of shit, so it's more okay to enslave them." If I want to enjoy a game, then I'm okay with that kind of darker theme. But if I'm just trying to wank, I'm all game for shit like non-con and the sorts.

I don't mind darkness, but I dislike games where it feels like the writer interpreted "darkness" as "endless pointless random sadism". And I generally don't like playing the bad guy; I prefer a main character who's at least trying to be decent, even if the world around him is hell.

In general I find dark stories pretty cringe and I infer more about the psyche of the writers themselves than the themes they are trying to explore.
Also, usually to be able to maintain a dark theme every character involved need to make the worst possible choices, either by forcing the players to make bad or worse choices or by not letting players make choices at all.

I like corruption, but after exploring some "dark" games I realized I am way more of a prude than I thought.

Agreed, until it gets to, "what am I doing, she's my..." " I shouldn't," "I'm terrible."
I don't like playing the self-hating p#$$y either. If it makes ya feel bad don't do it MC.
(reread that and to clarify, def not directing at anyone other than some of the games I've played)
Somewhere in the middle is my sweet spot, at least in gameworld. Generally a pretty decent person in my own humble opinion, much like the rest of us here.
