Just curious about the size of everyone's porn collection, assuming that they collect. Also, how long have you been collecting?

Personally, mine is only in the gigabytes. Reserved for the best of the best. It's updated constantly. There's nothing there that won't make me nut.

Hentai stuff alot, ai pics alot, Gf Pics and vids to much, so yeah alot crazy amout

about 10 years ago, I actually used to torrent porn and collected it on my hard drive. Now, it just seems like a waste. Too much good stuff out there to download it all, and with phones as advanced as they are, anything you want it just a click away anyway. Why do I need to download it?

About 400-500gb. I've just started collecting gems a few years ago and I am quite selective of what I hoard. Most are games and doujinshi, some AI generated arts I made myself, some videos.
I'm considering building a NAS just to hoard. Right now I'm storing all of it on my SSD and backup to a harddrive.

I actually got to use it in the field sometimes. Trade it with my fellow soldiers for food and stuff.

Preservation, mostly. It's nice to know you got it on hand in case something happens and it gets deleted from the Internet or something.

I personally like to collect MMDs that I enjoy, and I know a good chunk of them have been purged from the Internet at some point. Obviously stuff like JAV and other professional works will almost always be floating around somewhere, but sometimes you gotta hold on to the smaller works you love.

My curated collection is "only" around 85GB. My collection of NSFW games is around 800GB as I store archives of the latest version of every game I play, as well as past versions in the case of reworks.

I started storing a long time ago while I was having some issues with my ISP. I'd clone local copies while the internet was doing okay so that the rest of the time, I could use those instead of dealing with buffering or complete outages. Over time it's become more for convenience (I know exactly where my favorites are), and for archival as some videos no longer exist / aren't easy to locate anymore.

For example, I have quite a few favorites which were wiped out in The Great PornHub Purge, but that I still have archived. Most of those people were camgirls who simply left the industry and don't care about the videos being gone.

Long term I only keep games which I support financially, that are big in size. In the short term I keep some games that I might or might not play but they get deleted in a month or two.

I don't like the idea of keeping a collection because I don't like returning to the same things

Major hoarder. Decades worth on multiple drives easily 4 terabytes.

I just really like to drop a folder of a sorted category into VLC, hit shuffle, and go.

I wouldn't say i collect porn games, i usually tidied up the folder of ones i don't play regularly, but some i will keep mainly as a reminder to check in for updates
