Do I extract the iPatch file into my game folder? Or put it in there as a .zip file?

Extract to the "game" folder (as in the folder actually named that; the one that's alongside the "renpy"/"lib" folders and the .exe). Overwrite if prompted to. That's how it is with every RenPy game.

I played it in two sittings. I am partial to games with a father figure lead. I get tired of all the young boy cucks his dad games.

100% recommend this one! Great models, story, setting (post apocalypse is my fav!)
Also the dev is probably the most honest soul in the scene!

Don't play it for that. You will be disappointed. I only remember two avoidable scenes and they don't go hard into it.

One were in the bunker with the girls. Just sitting on the toilette. The other was with the being captured with the other clan. One if the leaders wives did it with her bitch.

I think so too. Having the adoptive daughters elevates the setting and shows how desperate the times are.
