It's not too hard to get to Member+, just try and engage with the community on topics that interest you. If you post here and there, talk to people etc., you should have it in about a week.

In the same boat - but the minimum week requirement means there's no reason to rush things, not like you can spam a thousand posts and get done overnight. Interact where it makes sense for you whenever you think to hop on.

Don't worry. It's not too difficult to reach. And if you find a fun activity, you can make the journey go easier. And you might even enjoy it enough to stick around.
