Loud noise tend to draw too much attention and that bring people that will cause headaches. I don't even scream when I accidentally injure myself. Not like the people hearing it going to help me, at most they will talk shit to me and give me a headache trying to deal with them.

The primal scream therapy is a well known practice.
Considering my daily stress and frustration levels its either screaming, beating up a dummy, sparring or going on killing sprees...and honestly, i dont have enough free time to waste it in bloody ways.
