Sometimes, I wanna scream, as loud as I can.
I did it thrice or more? I think...
One time alone on a cliff at the sea. And once with a friend in a field.
Your voice gets sore really fast. But it feels really good afterwards.

I did this when I was a kid, but it doesn't' count. Since then, my ability to scream has increased significantly and so have my motivations for doing so. I'm afraid someone will think I'm in danger or be scared by it, so I haven't done it as an adult yet.

I've seen some videos of people doing this in their apartments and other people also scream afterwards, it seems like it's part of the culture of a country that I don't remember the name of. Seems fun.

Yes, in a room with friends. And not because we were upset. We called it the primal screen and let it all out, then got along to some good discussions.

@lillo I would´ve liked to hear your story. Mind to share it?

Well, for what concerns the room full of strangers, I MIGHT have cheated a little little bit...it was at a concert :ROFLMAO: But well, it was a closed arena, it was full, I didn't know anyone apart the friend who came with me AND I screamed and sang with all my being so...it KINDA counts:rolleyes:

For what concerns the pillow, well...when my dad passed away....:(

Now I need two react emoji a the same time.
 for the first and  for the second part.

But if the first part counts, than I have uncountable screams. 😉

I'm an alcoholic so it happens more often than I like to admit to

Venting frustration is certainly cathartic, but there's better ways to do so than screaming like a mental patient plus it can permanently damage your vocal chords. (whispering can also damage your vocal chords by and by not just yelling)

Here's a question would you cut yourself to release endorphins? If the answer is no, you should probably not be yelling at the top of your lungs because you're still harming yourself in the process of trying to get that cathartic feeling.

No, never. I'm a man, not a hysterical asshole who's a psychoanalyst's client. I used to swear. I still swear sometimes. Very loud and very dirty. But it was for the right reasons.

Only ever in the military.
