I have seen some posts on LC making "small talk" regarding the use of "electoral devices". And now, because of your post, I feel compelled to tell my real like experience of something "similar". I hope people enjoy it. I was 23 at the time, and it is real and not made up!
I knew a guy I worked with that was into this fetish, EXTREMLY! He was an older guy (over 50 at the time), only one eye, not very "goodlooking" (other's words), and didn't drive at the time. ). One day on a Job (He was not on this job), the guys started talking about him and finally gave up his "secret": electric model train controllers. wires, and "roach clip clamps". I am sure you all can see where that can go! After that day I went through my boxes and found one of my old "train controllers". The next time I went by his place, I secretly left him a "gift". About a month later I was asked to go by his place as he had "something for me". When I showed up at his place there was a single 19-year-old, gorgeous, sexy girl, waiting for me in the driveway. She was a sister of one of his "harem", and not part of the "group". She was my "gift" from him for my "gift" to him, and my "discrete abilities"! I dated her for about 18 months, great girl!
So, anytime I see something similar, it brings back some "Great Times and Great Memories"! I am always on the lookout for similar people, hoping for a similar experience, and I ALWAYS, carry a "controller" with me, just in case! I personally don't "get along" with electricity, but as far as the rests, a "certain gift" for me, Hint Hint!

Not yet, as I am new to the "gaming community", "NSFW community", and "Loli community", all at the same time. I became "aware" of all of this from LC and joined LC about 2 minutes after finding the site! Some might say, I am still a "virgin" with all of this. I think I got my "start" in the "right place"! I know it will probably never happen, but there is ALWAYS HOPE!
