I can tolerate pubic hair, if it's only above the pussy and very neatly trimmed down - just keep the interesting bits completely shaved. But I would rather just not have any. So something like this lady would still be cool, but preferably no more than that.

This seems like a good idea for a list though.
I'd venture to guess that at least half the game s that include it also include option to change it.
My personal preference is yes in games no IRL.

For me it depends on my mood and the girl. Sometimes I like a lot of hair or modest patches, other times I think they look better shaved. Most of the time I like a nice modest patch though. In certain games like Free Cities I do love a good amount of pubic hair though. I think it makes them feel more primal.
