Witch trainer just because of the mods, but I think princess trainer has more potential for my interests.

It has been quite some time since I played those two but from what I remember I'd personally go Princess over Witch mostly because it feels like a bigger game with the town map, while you pretty much just sit in your office in Witch.

For me, Princess Trainer is the easy winner. I am slightly biased since I played Witch Trainer before it was completed, but I don't think my opinion would change much. Princess Trainer just felt like more of an actual game, and I can't remember much about Witch Trainer outside of repeating the same chores over and over again.
