Witch trainer just because of the mods, but I think princess trainer has more potential for my interests.

Princess Trainer. While Witch Trainer was good also, i just feel that Jasmine is more appealing character to corrupt.

It has been quite some time since I played those two but from what I remember I'd personally go Princess over Witch mostly because it feels like a bigger game with the town map, while you pretty much just sit in your office in Witch.
