I don't see anything on the Shop link (Shop). Is it the same for other normal members?

You earn AC (activity coins) by being active in the forum, like posting (but not spamming) and recieving likes.
When you earned 250 AC (current price) you go to the shop and buy the Members+ rank.

You can read in more detail here: ->Credit System for purchasing Members+

It does have some outdated values, but contains links with the current ones.
I will update it as soon as all changes that LC is going through are final.

I do have one question: Do i need to satisfy all of the requirements: i.e. Activity, Reading, Posting etc., or just completing the Activity would do?

You need all of them, as is seen in the shop
