Bloodbourne easily wins for me. The gameplay might be better in other games of the genre but the atmosphere and design of that game hits just right. Fromsoft or Sony one needs to release a ps5 version that at least runs better.

1. Such a sharp pain is an all time favorite as well. Ticks all taboo fetishes. When I played it for the first time I got lost so much in the scenes and dialog, the graphics are at the top 1%
2. Lost at Birth is an intense one. Graphics is AAA, it is a father and long lost daughter falling in love with each other.
3. Family Faring -- It was EP6 last time but did a bit of a remake (to make characters older), what it kinda did right was focusing on two beautiful characters and captures the corruption story, however the premise was a bit lost because it was supposed to be a "Travelling campervan story" but didn't exactly go into that even until the 6th Episode
4. God Life is good -- It was much like Desert Stalker but in a different universe.
5. Scarlet Law is a 2d favorite, it's such a comedy. Story wise, I find it to be over the top now -___- however a year ago, Scarlet Law plays a lot of scenes you'd love to see with the character arc you expect
6. Neko Paradise is a classic furry VN. I think it's one of my absolute faves for the replay-ability (repeat scenes) as well as God's Whim!
7. I liked the Guardian too

Don't know if Sekiro fits the description of a soulsborne game but its definitely my favorite FromSoft game. The combat unique and unlike anything I've seen in any other game

Radiant, Ravenous and Neko Paradise are some i am always happy to see. also in the past i was very happy when i saw Harem Hotel or Waifu Academy updated.
also SSP and Bad Memories.

Waifu Academy is arguably my favorite HS game out there. The actual H-scenes are top tier, but I almost prefer watching Otaku's shenanigans because of the sheer disappointment it causes everyone. There are a lot of good games out there for the adult content, but not nearly as many have good comedic writing

Apocalypse should fit what you're looking for.

I haven't finished the Prologue yet lol, but it has plenty of incest, plenty of smol (only girls so far) and I believe most of the sex scenes have had sound so far. IDK how this game flew under my radar for so long. It's been incredible. Plus it has multiple paths through the game.

Looking for a game about a sexual outbreak virus set in a school

the virus was put into the water system and the more you drink the more corrupt you become. MC and a few at the try to stop drinking the water (failing).

Disciplinary practice: If someone misbehaved then they would turn into free use in the male toilet.

Been looking for this game for ages and it disappeared after the release I found it. Most likely been abandoned, dev updates really long periods or I missed the updates

Four Elements Trainer is one that I go back to a lot for whatever reason.
Bad Tutor is short, but amazing.

Four Elements Trainer was the one that got me into these types of games.
