Both Eternum and Once in a Lifetime have the perfect amount of comedy. I don't know if Caribdis was the first person to use sounds the way they do but I've seen so many devs try to replicate her (his?) style. Honorable mention goes MBIML by NiiChan or anyone else who uses sounds and music the same way.

Tales of Androgyny is hard to beat for me.
its a great game with great mechanics. plays like a genuine game should. and has plenty of lewdity
the best part is honestly the combat. nothing like wrestling a goblin

SSP is outstanding for the genre. Apocalypse has a lot of potential too.
Personally I enjoy the 2D games, with favorites being Once a Porn a Time, Space Rescue Code Pink, Demon Deals, Five of a Kind, and Project2.

I can't think of a time when I've had that type of emotional reaction.
HOWEVER. I can think of many times when the game has straight up pissed me off. Usually it comes down to the writing revolving around the MC.

Once i played a game, back in 2019, its listed as abandoned now at other forum, didn't find any of it here. Chains of Pleasure, an amazing corruption game, highly recommend, but i cant find a game with the same energy again. Looks like the dev died in the early pandemic days.

I wish I wasn't terrible at remembering games, but there is one that you play as a man who retired early at a nudist resort. His childhood friend (I think, don't remember, it's been a while) sends her daughter to stay with him for the summer.

Hey!
It's a pretty old game, and not even a good one, but can't remember it's name.
It came out before the AI art era, maybe about 10-12 years ago, but the characters looked like the AI art models now. Drawn real life models I guess. There was 3 main women iirc, maybe one maid. It took place in a mansion/big Hollywood modern house. It had a card game like element to woo the ladies. If you won the mini-game, they liked you more.

The two that come to mind for me are Being a Dik and Intertwined. I really enjoyed playing BaDik up until you had to choose which relationship you'd continue to persue. I didn't have the heart to keep playing after the MC abandoned Jill. Interwined was basically the same thing. I again tried going down the harem route but stopped playing after being forced to pick between the LI's. Objectively speaking, these games are 10/10's, but they are the reasons why I only play harem games now.
