Was it Daz 3D style? Koikatsu? Honey Select 1 or 2?
Or if 2D, what style? Toon style? Anime style? Etc? Lol.
Additional information helps in narrowing down how to identify this.

I'm not sure if it fits the collar etc. as it was some time since I touched it.

If it's a more recent game it's definitely something else though as I think that one is abandoned.

I have a vague memory of starting a game like that. I think there were two sisters and a mom? And one of the sisters liked the MC, but the other and the mom resented him. And I think he took over the company from a bitchy woman. I think I lost interest pretty quickly.

It would at least be unique. Could be interesting if there was some kind of intrigue like trying to fuck over the other girls, or go the other way and help to seduce more girls to join and/or helping to steal his rivals girls. Wouldn't say no to some lesbian content too.

Depends on how horror it has to be. Tons of games with a female protagonist running from monsters trying to rape her.

I feel like this is the setting to go for if you want horror in a porn game. Male protagonist with a harem makes the scary situation severely less scary.
