Strangest game ever for me has to be fat princess. It's a base defense/ctf game but your flag is your castle's princess and you can feed her magical cake to temporarily make her fatter and thus harder to carry for the other team trying to take her.

yeah the OG Monster Girl Quests are incredible.
Anything where the "monsters" aren't basically just humans in costume, like demons or angels or werewolves or whatever, is a fun journey if it takes advantage of the uniqueness.

I haven't played that many true monster girl games but I enjoyed A Silent Statue. It's rpgmaker and I guess it's not really a monster girl game but the girls are living statues, or in one path robots, sorry for not really matching the theme but I'm not sure what it would qualify as exactly and want to share.

For a game that matches the theme better there is Monster Girl Island: Prologue which I think is abandoned unfortunately. What is there is pretty good though.
