Keep in mind that in Australia things like underage girls in bathers sitting in a provocative way is considered child abuse material as is an over age woman who looks under age in images. Did the article say child abuse material or child sexual abuse material. There's a different in Australia. -

I think you'll find that in Australia if you download and play, when the police take your equipment, you'll be charged for possession which will result in jail time plus you'll be put on a register. Australian law counts possession as very bad no matter how you got it. -
