Double Homework are my favorite twins.
Harem Hotel twins are fun, but you have to lewd them individually to get all their stats maxed, which is only tolerable cause they have varying kinks.
Sunset Fairies, though the MC looks ridiculous and ruins every 3rd person scene he is in.
Now doesnt really count but the 3 girls from Radiant are basically triplets with different color hair to tell them apart. regardless of the storyline, in my mind they are triplets

honestly, im not sure cause. My memories of the start of the game are a mix of with and without incest and cheat wt mods. So basically jumbled, as I specifically remember play at the start and the girls were his ex's daughters not his, and another time his daughters. I can assume the dev wrote them as blood daughter triplets but then changed out the incest for patreon or some other platform. But I cant recall for certain without going back to the start of the game which i wouldnt bother with til a new update came out.

It's not first person but Wild Life is kinda like The forrest and Skyrim i guess, there is also Last Hope that one is first person and you can move around but it's not a rpg or survival game

Once in a Lifetime. Lot of fun playing it as episodes were released, but trying to binge it would be a little bit of a slog

I played it only when it was completed, and was completely worth it. It almost felt like a very short game because it's so fantastic.
