I realize that while sandbox games can get extremely tedious... my mental state makes it much easier for me to do it over and over without being bothered. Lets be honest and and say that the only social interaction I need is chat rooms...

I don't care for the repetition in most of the sandbox games I've played. And the scenes often feel disjointed, like they don't cohesively fit together. But I may have just played bad sandbox games

depend, if they are made just to move around between dif chicks or if they are just added for time waste - grind.
and also
if they are made in renpy where got access to console and can cheese as much as i want or another engine where you cant do nothing (unless you want to upload all the time on save editor)
in general dont think much of them, if they are intended as such and not just for added grind. also depend on a game.

Id prefer if the pregnancy is part of the story

I prefer VNs that aren't sandbox,but if they are,that's fine too,it just needs a walkthrough
