Game Recommendations & Identification

One of the LIs in love and sex has an arc where she gets back at her cheating husband with you.

Revenge is the motivation for many of the arcs in Villains Legacy

[perveldia]

Revenga: MC takes revenge against evil stepmother and her daughters
Miss Leet in Prison: Japanese VN, MC turns the table and enslaves an intergalactical crime boss, who had previously tortured and killed his mentor
Vae Victis Khan: MC is a prince imprisoned by his Queen dowager mother and some weird gyneocracy cult, escapes and regains power
by conquering lands and ultimately his family (has progressed to a sister so far)
Soldier's Life from Pyorgara: MC turns the table on bitchy boss. Same in News Desk, but even better execution and hotter girl.
iNSight of you: Similar concept to News Desk, but very different implementation. Big game with lots of stuff to do. But has sharing, which is unavoidable if I remember correctly.
Tangled up: Romance with MC's sister, but can also take revenge against bitch mother, with adequate content

It is a common theme overall and I have definitely forgotten a lot of games. Apart from the ones focusing on revenge, you can find revenge paths against antagonists in many other VNs. E.g. the assassin in Depraved Awakening, the witch/cultist in DOD, etc.

Not sure I've seen much, but now I have a list to go off of I think I'll probably find a few lol. Thanks for all the good ideas

Any way to make Tor faster? It is too slow. Like using a VPN, proxy, or node selection?

My memory is shit, but I really like Desert Stalker and liked Kindread: The Redburns. It's a shame the dev couldn't continue the latter.

Desert stalker

[karagadan]

Desert Stalker for sure.

[stevetheegg]

Oblivion. The wife didn't play it for months but when she did, she finished everything in the game including getting a copy of every book and arranged them in her tower.

[jaws00]

Tlou. Took my friend like 7 years to finally try it.

[stevetheegg]

Being a DIK.

The definition of a "good" game is so divers ... without a proper knowledge about what you like, most answers maybe wrong for you.
This is another thread, opened only for the purpose of generating coin with an irrelevant question asked a thousand times before.

Hearts of Iron 4. My friend was super into Hoi 2 and up until 3 years ago, didn't want to play Hoi 4 saying it was feature incomplete. Now he has thousands of hours in Hoi 4 due to mods.

[Jogur]

Monster Girl Quest, Nobody believes me when I say that it is a decent linear RPG but with a great plot and very well-made characters.

Stardew like the OP. More than one person too.

[poract]

maybe mandy from personal assistant

[hucowfarmerken]

What kind of powers? any chance you remember either of their names?

[labant]

maybe mandy from personal assistant

Definitely! One of the best characters ever in my opinion

Never tried Tlou at all myself, always meant to but just never got around to it.

This is one that tempts me a lot. I played a lot of Age of Empires throughout the years and some other strategy type games but HoI intimidates me a bit, but I consider buying it an d trying it every time one of them goes on sale through steam
