Doubt you'll find one of those

Yeah, sadly this is very rare, maybe close to none existant.
I highly encourage devs to be brave enough to make this happen (at best with good graphic tools like DAZ or VAM).
If you can call the DumbKoala protagonists "loli" (what I can't understand, at best they are "teens"), then you find some games there.

by conquering lands and ultimately his family (has progressed to a sister so far)
Soldier's Life from Pyorgara: MC turns the table on bitchy boss. Same in News Desk, but even better execution and hotter girl.
iNSight of you: Similar concept to News Desk, but very different implementation. Big game with lots of stuff to do. But has sharing, which is unavoidable if I remember correctly.
Tangled up: Romance with MC's sister, but can also take revenge against bitch mother, with adequate content

It is a common theme overall and I have definitely forgotten a lot of games. Apart from the ones focusing on revenge, you can find revenge paths against antagonists in many other VNs. E.g. the assassin in Depraved Awakening, the witch/cultist in DOD, etc.
