I agree, I also want something besides animal ears and tails, a good example is games about Pokemon

Characters that change hairstyles from time to time (e.g. hair up or hair down)

I agree with you

Small details... I think that sweat can be a good detail, that is, when it is good, I have seen times that it would have been better without it, another interesting thing is the physics of hair, I have seen many times when they do not leave it aesthetic in sex scenes and I love seeing it in various places, separated or falling on the correct side of the sexual position or under the girl.

Nipples. Mostly in 3D games, I always appreciate a creator that goes out and spends a little more time/effort to use, plug-ins I guess?, to give the girls different nipples. Seems weird, but there are just sooooo many games out there where the creator has obviously played with the breast size slider, but every girl has the same or very similar nipples and none of them are particularly erect.

Same can be said for labia I suppose, like in RL EVERY pussy is so different from one another they're like fingerprints, but then in a game every character has the exact same snatch down there *shrug emoji*

When they are making the characters good and not just go from one scene to another that the person you want is going "I hate you" To "I love you". Like how? It is 1 scene?

Hmm.
I´d say it is different.
Some of the beforehand mentioned I agree. But I would not say, that it does it for me.
It make the whole experience better.
Don´t think I´ve that one thing, that does it for me.
Imperfections in a perfect face/body maybe?

Monster girl quest is difficult to beat, I mean, there are so many things, dozens of girls willing to rape you, so many artistic styles together, a large number of fetishes... By the way, I don't know if you have played it but there is the spin off Monter Girl Quest Paradox , it's like pokemon, but with monster girl.
